Method:

  1. In a pan add the oil, water and onions. Cook on medium-high heat, stirring continuously.
  2. Once the onions start to gain colour, add more water and repeat the process. Cook for 10–15 minutes until the onions are caramelised.
  3. Mix Crushed Garlic and Chopped Parsley with Dipitt Honey Mustard and Dipitt Chipotle Sauce to make the perfect Sauce.
  4. Layer your bread with sauce, add the steak and cheese, then use a blowtorch to melt the cheese.
  5. Add caramelized onions, fried egg and top with bread to make your perfect Steak and Egg Sandwich.
