Philly Steak Sandwiches

| Dipitt Worcestershire Sauce | 1/2 cup |
| Chopped Garlic | 1 tbsp |

| Butter | 3-4 tbsp |
| Chopped Garlic | 1 tbsp |
| Medium Onions (Julienne) | 2 medium |
| Red Bell Peppers (Julienne) | 1 medium |
| Capsicum (Julienne) | 1-2 medium |
| Black Olives (optional) | 100 g |
| Salt | to taste |
| Black Pepper | to taste |
| Chilli Flakes | to taste |

| Ciabatta Bread Loaf | 5-6 Loaves |
| Dipitt Sriracha Dip | as required |
| Iceberg Lettuce | as required |
| Dipitt Tobasco Sauce | as required |
| Cheddar Cheese (Shredded/Sliced) | as required |
| Rocket leaves | as required |
Key Products
Method:
- Marinate the beef with the mentioned seasonings and Dipitt Worcestershire Sauce. Leave for around 15 minutes before pan-searing (medium well).
- After cooking the beef in butter, cut it into julienne.
- Add all the mentioned vegetables with seasonings according to taste and Saute. Add the cooked beef & toss it well.
- Spread Dipitt Sriracha Dip on a Ciabatta Bread loaf generously. Add the iceberg lettuce, cooked beef with veggies.
- Drizzle Dipitt Tobasco Sauce with Cheddar Cheese and garnish with Rocket Leaves to serve.
