Key Products

Method:

  1. Chop the onion, bell pepper, garlic cloves and parsley in a food processor. Transfer to a muslin cloth and squeeze to remove all the liquid.
  2. Mix with all the remaining ingredients & mince. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
  3. Form kababs in a shape of your liking and fry until golden on both sides. Optionally give coal smoke for smoky taste.
  4. In a pan fry the crushed garlic in the oil, and add the sauces and water. Cook till the sauce has slightly thickened.
  5. Add the veggies and stir fry till well coated but crunchy. Now add your fried kababs and mix well. Serve with any rice of your choice.
