Milk1/2 cup
Fresh cream1/2 cup
Honey Mustard3 tbsp
Saltto taste
Chilli flakes1 tsp
Thyme leaves1 tsp

Method:

For Chicken:

  1. Mix salt, black pepper, white pepper, yellow mustard, chilli flakes, basil leaves, Worcestershire Sauce, Hot Sauce, and oil.
  2. Coat chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Grill in a pan with oil until golden brown on both sides.

For Veggies:

  1. Bring water to boil then add broccoli, green beans, carrots, and zucchini , and boil for 1 minute. Then drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic in oil until fragrant.
  3. Add veggies, toss in garlic oil, and season with salt, black pepper, and thyme.
  4. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
