Green onion (chopped)2 tbsp
Carrot (chopped)1/2 cup
Black pepper1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder1/2 tsp

Dipitt Soy Sauce2 tbsp
Dipitt Tomato Ketchup3 tbsp
Dipitt Sriracha Sauce2 tbsp

Method:

For Chicken Marinade:

  1. Marinate cubed chicken with Dipitt Soy Sauce, Dipitt Tomato Ketchup, Dipitt Sriracha Sauce, Dipitt Worcestershire Sauce, and Dipitt Hot Sauce for 10-15 minutes.

For Firecarcker Chicken prep:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant, then add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken changes color.
  2. Pour in water, black pepper, chicken powder, and brown sugar. Stir well.
  3. Let it cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cornflour slurry to thicken the sauce and mix well.
  5. Toss in capsicum, onion, green onion, and green chillies.
  6. Garnish with lemon wedges.

For Sesame Fried rice:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add sesame seeds. Toast until golden brown. Then drain and set aside.
  2. Add cooked rice and toss well.
  3. Mix in chopped green onion and carrots.
  4. Season with black pepper, garlic powder, and chicken masala.
  5. Stir well for 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
