| Dipitt Tomato Ketchup | 3 tbsp | |

Method:
For Chicken Marinade:
- Marinate cubed chicken with Dipitt Soy Sauce, Dipitt Tomato Ketchup, Dipitt Sriracha Sauce, Dipitt Worcestershire Sauce, and Dipitt Hot Sauce for 10-15 minutes.
For Firecarcker Chicken prep:
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant, then add the marinated chicken and cook until the chicken changes color.
- Pour in water, black pepper, chicken powder, and brown sugar. Stir well.
- Let it cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the cornflour slurry to thicken the sauce and mix well.
- Toss in capsicum, onion, green onion, and green chillies.
- Garnish with lemon wedges.
For Sesame Fried rice:
- Heat oil in a pan and add sesame seeds. Toast until golden brown. Then drain and set aside.
- Add cooked rice and toss well.
- Mix in chopped green onion and carrots.
- Season with black pepper, garlic powder, and chicken masala.
- Stir well for 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined.
