Dragon Chicken

| Chicken Breast (Thinly Sliced) | 200 g |
| Salt | 1/4 tsp |
| Sugar | 1/4 tsp |
| White Pepper | 1/4 tsp |
| Egg White | 1 |
| Cornflour | 1.5 tbsp |
| For Dragon Sauce | |
| Dipitt Tomato Ketchup | 2 tbsp |
| Dipitt Oyster Sauce | 1 tsp |
| Dipitt Hot Sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Dipitt Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Dipitt Soy Sauce | 1 tsp |
| For Stir Fry | |
| Oil | 2 tbsp |
| Crushed Garlic | 1 tbsp |
| Dried Red Chilli | 1 |
| Onion (Sliced) | 1 |
| Bell Peppers (Sliced) | Handful |
| Green Onions | As required |
| Sesame Seeds | As required |

Method:
- Mix the chicken with the ingredients well and marinate for 15 min. Then fry in medium hot oil for 3 minutes till golden & crisp.
- In a bowl add Dipitt Tomato Ketchup, Dipitt Oyster Sauce, Dipitt Hot Sauce, Dipitt Sweet Thai Chilli Sauce, Dipitt Soy Sauce and mix for the Dragon Sauce.
- Now, in a pan fry the chilli and garlic till they are fragrant. Add the fried chicken, dragon sauce, onion and bell peppers and mix well on high flame.
- Serve hot with rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
