Chicken Cheese BBQ Samosa

| Vinegar | 1 tsp |
| Garlic powder | 1 tsp |
| Cooking oil | 1 tbsp |

| Prepared BBQ Chicken (shredded) | 250 g |
| Capsicum (chopped) | 1/2 cup |
| Mozzarella or Cheddar cheese (shredded) | 1/2 cup |
| Salt & Pepper | to taste |
| Dried Oregano | 1/2 tsp |
| Slurry | |
| Ingredients | Qty |
| All-purpose flour | 2 tbsp |
| Water | as required |
| Assembly & Frying | |

| Samosa Sheets | as required |
| Cooking oil | for frying |

Method:
Marinade:
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until the chicken is well coated.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook in a pan until tender and slightly charred. Set aside to cool.
Filling:
- In a bowl, combine BBQ chicken, capsicum, cheese, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Mix well and set aside.
Slurry:
- Mix flour with water to form a smooth, thick paste (used for sealing samosa sheets).
Assembly:
- Take a samosa sheet, place 1 tbsp of filling in the centre.
- Fold into a box shape, sealing the edges with the prepared slurry.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
