Method:
Wings Marinade:
- In a bowl, mix hot sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, egg, and milk.
- Add chicken wings, mix well, and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best flavour).
Coating & Frying:
- Heat oil in a deep pan to medium-high heat.
- Dredge marinated wings in all-purpose flour, shaking off excess.
- Deep fry wings for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
Tossing:
- Divide fried wings into four equal portions.
- Toss each portion in a different sauce until evenly coated.
