Assistant Manager Quality & Compliance

What We're Looking For

Minimum Bachelor's in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field (Master's preferred)
3-5 years of quality assurance experience within manufacturing or FMCG environments, with proven team leadership exposure.
Oversee in-process quality checks, batch release, and finished goods inspection.
Expert in compliance with BRC, FSSC 22000, HACCP, food safety, and export requirements.
Experience in internal, external, and customer audits, including CAPA implementation.
Ability to investigate quality issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills to work across Production, R&D, and Warehouse.
Leadership skills to train, guide, and develop QA teams.
