Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products (food & consumables), we only accept return or refund requests under the following conditions, provided that the customer has paid for it to the courier or pre-paid through cards or an account:
- You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is expired or close to expiry upon delivery (5months or less)
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with the proofs (Video or Picture, emphasizing the issues mentioned above)
Order Cancellation:
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours after placing an order. To cancel your order, you will have to contact our customer services by sending an email to customer.service@dipitt.com or calling/WhatsApp on +92 326 8097507 and giving the reference of your order number. In case we receive a cancellation notice, until the time the order has already been processed and dispatched by us, the order cannot be cancelled.
Dipitt reserves the sole right to determine whether an order has been processed and dispatched. By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept Dipitt’s decision regarding processing and cancellation status, and will not dispute it.
Company's Right to Cancel an Order:
Product’s Unavailability:
At Dipitt, we make every effort to ensure our product listings are accurate and up to date. However, in rare cases, a product may become unavailable after your order has been placed due to stock limitations or discontinuation.
Way forward by Dipitt’s Team
- If this occurs, our team will notify you within 48 hours via call, WhatsApp, or email, and offer you the option to choose an alternative product of the same pricing or proceed with a full refund in case of a pre-paid order or cancellation if the order is Cash on Delivery and the customer chooses to re-order next time, or doesn’t want any alternative.
Shipping Address Issues:
Orders may be cancelled in cases where there are issues with the provided shipping address, including:

Incomplete Address: If the address cannot be confirmed or is missing essential details

Non-Serviceable Location: If the delivery area falls outside our service coverage or is restricted by our logistics partners

- Our team will reach out via call, WhatsApp, or email to resolve the issue. If we’re unable to confirm or correct the address, the order will be cancelled and in case of a pre-paid order, the refund will be processed.
Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
In situations beyond our control—such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or disruptions in transportation and logistics, Dipitt may be unable to process or deliver your order.

- If such an event occurs, we will inform you at the earliest possible time and proceed with cancelling the order in case of a pre-paid order, the refund will be processed.
Payment Issues & Fraud Prevention
Your order may be cancelled under the following payment-related circumstances:

Unsuccessful or Declined Payment: If the address cannot be confirmed or is missing essential details
- Fraudulent Activity: If the delivery area falls outside our service coverage or is restricted by our logistics partners

- Our team may contact you via call, WhatsApp, or email for verification or additional information. If the required verification is not completed within a reasonable timeframe, the order will be cancelled.
