Assistant Manager

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience managing shop floor operations and delivering daily production targets.
Strong understanding of mixing, cooking, filling, packing, GMP, hygiene, and safety standards.
Ability to monitor line efficiency, reduce downtime, wastage, and changeover time through continuous improvement.
Strong coordination skills to work with QA, Maintenance, R&D, and Warehouse for smooth production operations and product trials.
Experience supervising production teams, allocating manpower, and managing shift operations and handovers.
Attention to detail in production records, batch documentation, ERP reporting, and finished goods reconciliation.
Proactive problem-solving skills to address production issues, equipment breakdowns, and quality concerns in real time.
