| Lemon juice | 1 lemon |

| Samosa sheets (cut into thin strips to wrap the fish) | As required |

Method:
Marinade
- In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, red chilli powder, Dipitt White Vinegar, cornflour, and all-purpose flour.
- Coat fish strips well in the mixture. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
For Coating and Frying
- Take a marinated fish strip and wrap it with thin samosa sheet strips, securing them tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
- Drain excess oil on a paper.
