Method:

Marinade:

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until the chicken is well coated.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best flavour).

For Cooking & Assembly:

  1. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  2. Grill the chicken until completely cooked, turning occasionally.
  3. Add butter, paprika powder, salt & pepper in a bowl. Mix it well.
  4. Brush the mixture onto the chicken for a juicy texture.
