Tobasco Potato Rolls

The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Ingredients

Potatoes, boiled2 cups
Peas1/4 cup
Green chillies, chopped1 tbsp
Egg whitesfor sealing
Samosa PattisAs required
Oilfor frying
Green onion, chopped1/4 cup
Turmeric1 tsp
Cumin powder1 tsp
Salt1 tsp
Dipitt Tabasco Sauce1 tsp

Key Products

Method

  1. Add boiled potatoes, peas, green chillies, green onions, cumin powder, turmeric and tabasco sauce to a bowl.
  2. Mix it.
  3. Brush a samosa patti with egg white, fill with mixture and seal it.
  4. Repeat for as many samosas as required.
  5. Fry in hot oil and serve!
