Ingredients
| Potatoes, boiled | 2 cups |
| Peas | 1/4 cup |
| Green chillies, chopped | 1 tbsp |
| Egg whites | for sealing |
| Samosa Pattis | As required |
| Oil | for frying |
| Green onion, chopped | 1/4 cup |
| Turmeric | 1 tsp |
| Cumin powder | 1 tsp |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Dipitt Tabasco Sauce | 1 tsp |

Method
- Add boiled potatoes, peas, green chillies, green onions, cumin powder, turmeric and tabasco sauce to a bowl.
- Mix it.
- Brush a samosa patti with egg white, fill with mixture and seal it.
- Repeat for as many samosas as required.
- Fry in hot oil and serve!
