Steak and Egg Sandwich

| Dipitt Honey Mustard Sauce | 1/2 cup |
| Dipitt Chipotle Sauce | 2 tbsp |
| Crushed Garlic | 1 clove |
| Chopped Parsley | as required |
| Steak | |
| Breakfast Steak Slices | 3 |
| Salt | to taste |
| Onion Powder | to taste |
| Garlic Powder | to taste |
| Black Pepper | to taste |
| Butter | 1 Cube |

| Ciabatta bread | as required |

Method:
- In a pan add the oil, water and onions. Cook on medium-high heat, stirring continuously.
- Once the onions start to gain colour, add more water and repeat the process. Cook for 10–15 minutes until the onions are caramelised.
- Mix Crushed Garlic and Chopped Parsley with Dipitt Honey Mustard and Dipitt Chipotle Sauce to make the perfect Sauce.
- Layer your bread with sauce, add the steak and cheese, then use a blowtorch to melt the cheese.
- Add caramelized onions, fried egg and top with bread to make your perfect Steak and Egg Sandwich.
