Spicy Shrimp Salad
The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Ingredients

| Salt | To taste |

| Pineapple, cubes | 1/2 cup |
| Lemon juice | 2 tbsp |
| Vinegar | 1 tbsp |
| Chilli flakes | 1 tsp |
| Honey | 1 tbsp |
| Cherry Tomato | 5 to 6 |
| Avocado, peeled and sliced | 1 |
| Rainbow Salad leaves | 1 box |
| Dipitt Siracha Sauce | 2 tbsp |
| Dipitt Soya Sauce | 1 tsp |
| Dipitt Oyster Sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Boiled egg | 1 |
| Oil | as required |

Method
- Heat oil in a pan until hot, then add shrimp, salt, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, chili flakes, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Toss everything well and cook until the shrimp become tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine rainbow salad leaves, cooked shrimp, jalapeños, and pineapple cubes.
- Adjust the spice level with sriracha sauce as needed. Serve with cherry tomatoes, avocado, and a boiled egg.
