Spicy Shrimp Salad

The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Ingredients

Pineapple, cubes1/2 cup
Lemon juice2 tbsp
Vinegar1 tbsp
Chilli flakes1 tsp
Honey1 tbsp
Cherry Tomato5 to 6
Avocado, peeled and sliced1
Rainbow Salad leaves1 box
Dipitt Siracha Sauce2 tbsp
Dipitt Soya Sauce1 tsp
Dipitt Oyster Sauce1 tbsp
Boiled egg1
Oilas required

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan until hot, then add shrimp, salt, vinegar, lemon juice, honey, chili flakes, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
  2. Toss everything well and cook until the shrimp become tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine rainbow salad leaves, cooked shrimp, jalapeños, and pineapple cubes.
  4. Adjust the spice level with sriracha sauce as needed. Serve with cherry tomatoes, avocado, and a boiled egg.
