The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

| Milk, lukewarm | 1 cup |

| Chicken, cubed | 250 g |
| Lemon juice | 1 tbsp |
| Tandoori masala | 1 tbsp |
| Dipitt Classic Mayonnaise | 2 tbsps |
| Red pepper, crushed | 1 tsp |
| Garlic paste | 1 tsp |
| Coal | For dum |

Method
Dough
- In a bowl take all purpose flour and add oil. Mix and crumble using hands.
- Then add salt sugar and yeast, mix together and gradually add milk, form a dough and cover with cling.
Place in covered place for an hour until it gets puffy.
Smokey Chicken
- Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients for 30 mins then fry in 2 tbsp oil.
- When then chicken is tender give coal dum and keep aside.
Assembly
- Roll pizza dough place on a pan and prick with fork then spread dipitt pizza sauce.
- Make a layer of Cheddar cheese then chicken then Mozarella cheese then place veggies and sprinkle Crushed red pepper and oregano.
- Bake on 180⁰ preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with dipitt Mayonnaise and ketchup.
