The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Chicken, cubed250 g
Lemon juice1 tbsp
Tandoori masala1 tbsp
Dipitt Classic Mayonnaise2 tbsps
Red pepper, crushed1 tsp
Garlic paste1 tsp
CoalFor dum

Chicken (prepared)2 tbsps
Dipitt Pizza Sauce//
Mozzarella cheese//
Cheddar cheese//
Veggies of your choice//
Crushed red pepper (to sprinkle)//
Oregano (to sprinkle)//

Dough

  1. In a bowl take all purpose flour and add oil. Mix and crumble using hands.
  2. Then add salt sugar and yeast, mix together and gradually add milk, form a dough and cover with cling.
    Place in covered place for an hour until it gets puffy.

Smokey Chicken

  1. Marinate chicken with all the above ingredients for 30 mins then fry in 2 tbsp oil.
  2. When then chicken is tender give coal dum and keep aside.

Assembly

  1. Roll pizza dough place on a pan and prick with fork then spread dipitt pizza sauce.
  2. Make a layer of Cheddar cheese then chicken then Mozarella cheese then place veggies and sprinkle Crushed red pepper and oregano.
  3. Bake on 180⁰ preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with dipitt Mayonnaise and ketchup.
