Peri Peri Chicken Samosas

The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Ingredients

Chicken Keema1 cup
Onion1/2 cup
Dipitt Peri Peri Hot Sauce2 tbsps
Egg whitesfor sealing
Samosa PattisAs required
Oilfor frying
Garlic2 tbsps
SaltTo taste

Method

  1. Add oil, garlic, chicken, onions, salt, peri peri hot sauce to a pan.
  2. Cook it.
  3. Brush a samosa patti with egg white, fill with mixture and seal it.
  4. Repeat for as many samosas as required.
  5. Fry in hot oil and serve!
