Peri Peri Chicken Samosas
The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Ingredients
| Chicken Keema | 1 cup |
| Onion | 1/2 cup |
| Dipitt Peri Peri Hot Sauce | 2 tbsps |
| Egg whites | for sealing |
| Samosa Pattis | As required |
| Oil | for frying |
| Garlic | 2 tbsps |
| Salt | To taste |

Method
- Add oil, garlic, chicken, onions, salt, peri peri hot sauce to a pan.
- Cook it.
- Brush a samosa patti with egg white, fill with mixture and seal it.
- Repeat for as many samosas as required.
- Fry in hot oil and serve!
