Peri Peri Chicken Burger

The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

For Chicken Fillet

Dipitt Peri Peri Medium sauce1 tbsp

Dip (prepared)
Chicken Fillet (prepared)

Method

Chicken Marination and Cooking:

  1. Take the chicken fillet add 1 cup of peri peri medium sauce to it.
  2. Marinate for 30 to 60 minutes.
  3. Add 3 tbsp oil to a pan and shallow fry the chicken.
  4. Flip it and add more per peri medium sauce to it.

Dip:

  1. Add mayonnaise and peri peri medium sauce to a bowl and mix.

Assembly:

  1. Assemble the burger by spreading the dip on the bottom bun.
  2. Then add the chicken fillet, lettuce and cheese.
  3. Spread peri peri medium sauce to he top bun, close the burger and serve!
