Peri Peri Chicken Burger
The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Method
Chicken Marination and Cooking:
- Take the chicken fillet add 1 cup of peri peri medium sauce to it.
- Marinate for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Add 3 tbsp oil to a pan and shallow fry the chicken.
- Flip it and add more per peri medium sauce to it.
Dip:
- Add mayonnaise and peri peri medium sauce to a bowl and mix.
Assembly:
- Assemble the burger by spreading the dip on the bottom bun.
- Then add the chicken fillet, lettuce and cheese.
- Spread peri peri medium sauce to he top bun, close the burger and serve!
