Oyster Thai Basil Samosas
The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Ingredients
| Beef Strips | 1 cup |
| Basil leaves | 1/4 cup |
| Garlic | 1 tsp |
| Egg whites | for sealing |
| Samosa Pattis | As required |
| Oil | for frying |
| Dipitt Soy sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Dipitt Oyester Sauce | 2 tbsp |
| Dipitt vinegar | 1 tbsp |
| Salt | To taste |
| Chillies | // |
Key Products
Method
- Add oil to a pan. Add beef strips and fry.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, oyester sauce, fried beef strips, vinegar, chillies and basil leaves.
- Cook it.
- Add the roasted cherry tomatoes, pasta, pizza sauce and cheese to a bowl and mix.
- Brush a samosa patti with egg white, fill with mixture and seal it.
- Repeat for as many samosas as required.
- Fry in hot oil and serve!
