Mediterranean Kababs
The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

| Pita Bread | 1 packet |

| Dipitt Mayo Garlic | 200g |
| Lemon Juice | 2tbspn |

Method
- In beef mince add chopped bell peppers, onions, parsley, salt, crushed red chilli, black pepper, cumin, sumac, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well shape them and fry.
- For mayo sauce add garlic mayo, pepper and lemon juice parsley and mix well
- For salad add julienne veges , apple cider vinegar salt pepper and sumac mix well
- Arrange kabab , pickle salad mayo sauce in a platter serve with pita bread and fries
