Ingredients
Fresh tomatoes, chopped
Red onion, finely chopped
Cucumber, deseeded and chopped
Green onions/scallion, chopped
Fresh parsely, chopped
Salt, Black pepper, Garlic powder, cumin – 1/2 tsp each
Dipitt Vinegar

Method

Hot Chicken Marination and Cooking:

  1. Cut your chicken into cubes.
  2. Add salt, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, hot sauce, olive oil (optional) and ketchup.
  3. Marinate it well.
  4. In a pan, add butter, garlic and hot sauce. Then add your chicken.
  5. Let it simmer for a while until golden brown.

Crispy Potatoes:

  1. Take some potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  2. Add cumin, salt, paprika, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, cornstarch and olive oil for the potato dressing.
  3. Oven bake or Air fry for 18-20 mins at 200C / 400F
