Feta Roasted Veg Samosas

The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Ingredients

Feta Cheese1/2 cup
Onion, medium, diced1/4 cup
Dipitt Hot Sauce2 tbsps
Egg whitesfor sealing
Samosa PattisAs required
Oilfor frying
Carrot chunks1/4 cup
Aubergine, medium, diced1/2 cup
Olive oil//

Method

  1. Brush oil on a pan. Add carrots, potatoes, onions and aubergine on it. Put oil on veggies and oast for 20 to 25 minutes.
  2. Pour it in a bowl, mix it with feta cheese and hot sauce.
  3. Brush a samosa patti with egg white, fill with mixture and seal it. Repeat for as many samosas as required.
  4. Fry in hot oil and serve!
