Feta Roasted Veg Samosas
The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Ingredients
| Feta Cheese | 1/2 cup |
| Onion, medium, diced | 1/4 cup |
| Dipitt Hot Sauce | 2 tbsps |
| Egg whites | for sealing |
| Samosa Pattis | As required |
| Oil | for frying |
| Carrot chunks | 1/4 cup |
| Aubergine, medium, diced | 1/2 cup |
| Olive oil | // |

Method
- Brush oil on a pan. Add carrots, potatoes, onions and aubergine on it. Put oil on veggies and oast for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Pour it in a bowl, mix it with feta cheese and hot sauce.
- Brush a samosa patti with egg white, fill with mixture and seal it. Repeat for as many samosas as required.
- Fry in hot oil and serve!
