Method:
For Marinade:
- In a bowl, mix Dipitt White Vinegar, Dipitt Soy Sauce, Dipitt Chilli Garlic Sauce, Dipitt Worcestershire Sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat chicken fillets well and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).
For Coating and Frying:
- Dredge marinated chicken fillets in all-purpose flour and cornflour mixture.
- Dip into iced water, then coat again with cornflour & all-purpose flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Pour Dipitt Buffalo Sauce onto the fried chicken and toss well.
