Dipitt Soy Sauce3 to 4 tbsp

 

Batter for Fried Chicken

Method

  1. Let the drum sticks and wings marinate for half an hour.
  2. Coat the chicken pieces in the dry batter then dip in cold water. Repeat the process twice.
  3. Air fry or deep fry it.
  4. Just toss the BBQ sauce and honey together with a hint of ketchup.
  5. Glaze the wings once fried.
