The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Method
- Let the drum sticks and wings marinate for half an hour.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the dry batter then dip in cold water. Repeat the process twice.
- Air fry or deep fry it.
- Just toss the BBQ sauce and honey together with a hint of ketchup.
- Glaze the wings once fried.
