Key Products

Method:

For Salsa:

  1. In a bowl, add tomatoes, cucumber, onion, bell peppers, jalapeños, coriander, jalapeño water, lemon juice, vinegar, hot/sriracha sauce and ketchup.
  2. Mix until everything is covered.

For Beef:

  1. Add beef to a very hot skillet.
  2. When beef changes colour, add some garlic, chilli flakes, soy sauce, Oyster sauce, honey, vinegar and sugar.
  3. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes until the beef becomes tender.
  4. After 5 minutes, mix in bird’s eye chillis.

For Nachos:

  1. Cut up some tortilla bread into bite-size triangles and fry, bake or air-fry them until crispy and golden-brown.

For Assembly:

  1. On your plate, start with tortilla chips, then crispy beef, salsa, some homemade sour cream and Dipitt’s jalapeño salsa.
  2. Garnish with fresh coriander and dig in!
