Chinese Samosas
The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Ingredients
| Chicken, boneless, chopped | 1 cup |
| Green Onion | 1 tbsp |
| Capsicum | 1 cup |
| Spaghetti | 1.5 cups |
| Cheese | // |
| Black pepper | 1 tsp |
| Dipitt Soy Sauce | 2 tbsp |
| Dipit Chilli Garlic sauce | 2 tbsp |
| Garlic, chopped | // |
| Salt | To taste |
| Samosa patti | As required |

Method
- In a deep pan, add the chicken, garlic, capsicum, green onions, salt, soy sauce, chilli garlic sauce, black pepper, salt and spaghetti.
- Cook it.
- Brush a samosa patti with egg white, fill with mixture and seal it.
- Repeat for as many samosas as required.
- Fry in hot oil and serve!
