| Dipitt Soy Sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Dipitt Chilli sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Dipitt Vinegar | 4 tbsps |
| Egg | 1 |
| Cornflour | 2 tbsp |
| Flour | 1 cup |
| Water | 1/2 cup |
| Manchurian Sauce | |
| Ingredients | Qty |
| Garlic, chopped | 1 tsp |
| Ginger, chopped | 1 tsp |
| Capsicum, large, cubed | 1 |
| Onion, large, cubed | 1 |
| Green Chillis | 3 to 5 |
| Dipitt tomato ketchup | 1 tbsp |
| Dipitt Chilli Garlic Sauce | 1/2 cup |
| Dipitt Soy sauce | 2 tbsp |
| Sugar | 2 to 3 tbsps |
| Salt | 1/2 tbsp |
| Black pepper, crushed | 1 tsp |
| Red chilli flakes | 1/2 tsp |
| Chicken stock cube | mix in 1/2 cup water |
| Cornflour | 1 tsp – mix in 6 tbsp water |
| Oil | 4 to 6 tbsps |

Method
Chicken Marination
- Marinate The Chicken With All Ingredients
- Put In Fridge For 20 Min Then Fry Chicken On Medium Flame.
- When Chicken Becomes a Fried Golden Colour Then turn the Flame Off
- Remove extra oil with a kitchen towel paper
Manchurian Sauce
- Heat The Oil In Pan Then Add The Garlic & Ginger
- Saute Till Lightly Golden Colour Then Add Soya Sauce Chili Sauce Tomato Ketchup Chili Garlic Ketchup Chicken Stock Salt And Pepper Sugar.
Cook For 5 to 10 Min On Medium Flame When Sauce Become Little Dry Then Add Fried Chicken & Cook For 5 Min - Add Onions And Green Chilli Green Capsicum Saute For 2 To 3 Min On High Flame
- Add Corn Flour & Mix It Well When Gravy Become Lilttel Thick Then Flame Off
Ready To be served Hot & Garnished With Spring Onions
