Manchurian Sauce

Garlic, chopped1 tsp
Ginger, chopped1 tsp
Capsicum, large, cubed1
Onion, large, cubed1
Green Chillis3 to 5
Dipitt tomato ketchup1 tbsp
Dipitt Chilli Garlic Sauce1/2 cup
Dipitt Soy sauce2 tbsp
Sugar2 to 3 tbsps
Salt1/2 tbsp
Black pepper, crushed1 tsp
Red chilli flakes1/2 tsp
Chicken stock cubemix in 1/2 cup water
Cornflour1 tsp – mix in 6 tbsp water
Oil4 to 6 tbsps

Method

Chicken Marination

  1. Marinate The Chicken With All Ingredients
  2. Put In Fridge For 20 Min Then Fry Chicken On Medium Flame.
  3. When Chicken Becomes a Fried Golden Colour Then turn the Flame Off
  4. Remove extra oil with a kitchen towel paper

Manchurian Sauce

  1. Heat The Oil In Pan Then Add The Garlic & Ginger
  2. Saute Till Lightly Golden Colour Then Add Soya Sauce Chili Sauce Tomato Ketchup Chili Garlic Ketchup Chicken Stock Salt And Pepper Sugar.
    Cook For 5 to 10 Min On Medium Flame When Sauce Become Little Dry Then Add Fried Chicken & Cook For 5 Min
  3. Add Onions And Green Chilli Green Capsicum Saute For 2 To 3 Min On High Flame
  4. Add Corn Flour & Mix It Well When Gravy Become Lilttel Thick Then Flame Off
    Ready To be served Hot & Garnished With Spring Onions
