Buffalo Pulled Samosas
The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Ingredients
| Chicken Breast | 1 piece |
| Cheddar cheese | 1/2 cup |
| Butter | 1/4 cup |
| Egg whites | for sealing |
| Samosa Pattis | As required |
| Oil | for frying |
| Dipitt Buffalo Sauce | 2 tbsps |

Method
- Place chicken breast, butter and buffalo sauce in a pan. Cook chicken till tender.
- Shred chicken and drain. Add cheddar cheese and mix well.
- Brush a samosa patti with egg white, fill with mixture and seal it. Repeat for as many samosas as required.
- Fry in hot oil and serve!
