Buffalo Pulled Samosas

The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Ingredients

Chicken Breast1 piece
Cheddar cheese1/2 cup
Butter1/4 cup
Egg whitesfor sealing
Samosa PattisAs required
Oilfor frying
Dipitt Buffalo Sauce2 tbsps

Method

  1. Place chicken breast, butter and buffalo sauce in a pan. Cook chicken till tender.
  2. Shred chicken and drain. Add cheddar cheese and mix well.
  3. Brush a samosa patti with egg white, fill with mixture and seal it. Repeat for as many samosas as required.
  4. Fry in hot oil and serve!
