The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Sauté until fragrant, then add chicken and dry spices.
  3. Cook on high flame until the chicken becomes tender.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Take bread slices and spread a layer of pizza sauce and Thousand Island sauce.
  6. Top with the cooked chicken, sausages, pepperoni, vegetables, and cheese.
  7. Finally, sprinkle chili flakes, jalapeños, and oregano.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until the top turns golden and crispy.
