Beef Malai Boti

Beef Malai Boti is a very famous dish and is enjoyed everywhere in Pakistan among meat lovers. It is almost served at every restaurant and can easily be made swiftly at home as well for lunch, dinner or family & friends gatherings.

Beef Malai Boti is super delicious, flavorful and quick to make that can be served with hot tandoori roti or naan and Dipitt BBQ sauce/Dipitt Chipotle Chutney adds incredible delight and taste.

Beef Malai Boti INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Beef (cut in cubes)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp fresh cream
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tikka boti masala
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
  • ½ tbsp turmeric powder
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • 2 tbsp papaya paste
  • 4 ground green chilies
  • 2tbsp lemon juice

Beef Malai Boti Recipe PREPARATION

At first, use a bowl and put beef boti in it and add tikka boti masala, red chili powder, garam masala powder, papaya paste, ginger paste, green chilies, yogurt and salt in it. Mix all the ingredients properly. Marinate for half-hour. After that, use a pan and put the beef mixture in it. Cook on low flame. Check for meat tenderness and let water get dries. Now add oil and cook till oil comes on top. Then add lemon juice, cream and simmer for another 5 minutes until getting ready. Transfer in a bowl and serve with tandoori roti/roghani naan and Dipitt BBQ sauce or Dipitt Chipotle Chutney.
