Basil Mozzarella Samosas
The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Ingredients
| Shredded Mozzarella | 1/2 cup |
| Basil Leaves | 2 tbsps |
| Black pepper | 1 tbsp |
| Egg whites | for sealing |
| Samosa Pattis | As required |
| Oil | for frying |
| Dipitt Pasta Sauce | 2 tbsps |
| Salt | 1 tbsp |

Method
- Add shredded mozzarella, pasta sauce, basil leaves, black pepper, salt to a bowl. Mix it.
- Brush a samosa patti with egg white, fill with mixture and seal it. Repeat for as many samosas as required.
- Fry in hot oil and serve!
