Basil Mozzarella Samosas

The Best Classic Shepherd’s Pie – AKA Shepards Pie or Cottage Pie. Ground Beef (or lamb) with vegetables in a rich gravy, topped with cheesy mashed potatoes, and baked.

Ingredients

Shredded Mozzarella1/2 cup
Basil Leaves2 tbsps
Black pepper1 tbsp
Egg whitesfor sealing
Samosa PattisAs required
Oilfor frying
Dipitt Pasta Sauce2 tbsps
Salt1 tbsp

Method

  1. Add shredded mozzarella, pasta sauce, basil leaves, black pepper, salt to a bowl. Mix it.
  2. Brush a samosa patti with egg white, fill with mixture and seal it. Repeat for as many samosas as required.
  3. Fry in hot oil and serve!
