| Garlic paste | 2 tsp |
| Salt | 2 tsps |
| Mustard powder | 2 tsp |
| White pepper | 1 tsp |
| Crushed Red pepper | 2 tsps |
| Dipitt Chilli garlic sauce | 4 tbsps |
| Oil | 2 cups |

| Garlic paste | 1 tsp |
| Red pepper, crushed | 1 tsp |
| Dipitt Soy sauce | 1 tbsp |
| White pepper | 1 tsp |
| Black pepper | 1 tsp |
| Mustard powder | 2 tsps |
| Chilli powder | 1 tsp |
| Coriander, finely chopped | 1 to 1.5 tsp |
| Oil | 1/5 cup |
| Lemon juice | 1 tsp |
| Dipitt Hot sauce | 1 tsp |

Method
Steak
- Mix all together in a bowl with a whisk
- Marinate your steaks in this marination for minimum 2 hours.
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in a grill pan, add in the marinated steaks and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side.
- Put steaks on a tray and pour on the fire sauce.
Fire Sauce
- Combine all ingredients and blend together for 2 mins.
- Sauce is ready to be poured on the steaks. Serve with fries and salad!
