Mustard powder2 tsp
White pepper1 tsp
Crushed Red pepper2 tsps
Dipitt Chilli garlic sauce4 tbsps

Fire Sauce
IngredientsQty
Garlic paste1 tsp
Red pepper, crushed1 tsp
Dipitt Soy sauce1 tbsp
White pepper1 tsp
Black pepper1 tsp
Mustard powder2 tsps
Chilli powder1 tsp
Coriander, finely chopped1 to 1.5 tsp
Oil1/5 cup
Lemon juice1 tsp
Dipitt Hot sauce1 tsp

Method

Steak

  1. Mix all together in a bowl with a whisk
  2. Marinate your steaks in this marination for minimum 2 hours.
  3. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a grill pan, add in the marinated steaks and cook for 8-10 minutes on each side.
  4. Put steaks on a tray and pour on the fire sauce.

Fire Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend together for 2 mins.
  2. Sauce is ready to be poured on the steaks. Serve with fries and salad!
