- Inspection of Raw Material and Packaging Material
- Monitoring the cooking and process line of Sauces.
- Verify line clearance of Filling, labeling, and packing
- Compiling the filling, labeling & packing data of sauces, and sachet processing.
- Verifying the CIP of cooking equipment and filling lines.
- Ensure the CCP and OPRP of sauces are according to the standard.
- Ensure the inkjet printing of labels and pouches.
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- Collect retention samples from the production line and Record keeping of Retention Samples.
- Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices. Share Weekly GMP Reports with Problem and Corrective actions taken
- Develop and revise SOPs on a need basis.
