Job Description


  • Inspection of Raw Material and Packaging Material
  • Monitoring the cooking and process line of Sauces.
  • Verify line clearance of Filling, labeling, and packing
  • Compiling the filling, labeling & packing data of sauces, and sachet processing.
  • Verifying the CIP of cooking equipment and filling lines.
  • Ensure the CCP and OPRP of sauces are according to the standard.
  • Ensure the inkjet printing of labels and pouches.
  • Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
  • Collect retention samples from the production line and Record keeping of Retention Samples.
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices. Share Weekly GMP Reports with Problem and Corrective actions taken
  • Develop and revise SOPs on a need basis.
