Schezwan Dip

| Salt | 1 tsp | |
| Onions, finely chopped | 3 to 4 | |

Method:
- Grind onions, garlic and ginger.
- In a pan, pour seseme oil and add 3-4 red peppers.
- Add onions, garlic and ginger and stir-fry.
- Add corn flour (mixed in a cup of water), vinegar, chilli powder, soy sauce, salt and chilli sauce.
- Cook till well blended (1/2 minute) and use!
