Method:

  1. Grind onions, garlic and ginger.
  2. In a pan, pour seseme oil and add 3-4 red peppers.
  3. Add onions, garlic and ginger and stir-fry.
  4. Add corn flour (mixed in a cup of water), vinegar, chilli powder, soy sauce, salt and chilli sauce.
  5. Cook till well blended (1/2 minute) and use!
