Pizza Pockets

Ingredients

| Fresh Bread Slices (without corners) | 5-6 slices |
| Oil | 2 tbsp |
| Chicken Breast (Cubes) | 1 |
| Salt | to taste |
| Pepper | to taste |
| Chilli Flakes | to taste |
| Small Onion (Chopped) | 1 |
| Bell Peppers (Chopped) | 1/3 cup |
| Olives | 2 tbsp |
| Cream | 3 tbsp |
| Dipitt Pizza Sauce | 4 tbsp |
| Shredded Mozzarella Cheese | 1/2 cup |
| Egg Wash | as required |
| Breadcrumbs | as required |

Method:
- Flatten the bread slices and keep covered.
- In a pan, add the oil, chicken cubes, and spices, and mix well.
- Add all the vegetables, cream and Dipitt Pizza Sauce. Remove from the flame and cool completely.
- Now mix in the cheese. Fill each bread slice with 1 tbsp heaped filling. Do not overfill. Seal the edges with egg wash and a fork.
- Dip the pockets in egg then breadcrumbs.
- Fry till golden and crisp. Serve hot with Dipitt Chilli Garlic Sauce.
