Wholewheat Quesadillas

| Large Chicken Breast (Sliced) | 1 |
| Peri Peri Seasoning Mix | 1 tbsp |
| Dipitt Jalapeno Salsa | 2 tbsp |
| Small Onion (Sliced) | 1 |
| Capsicum (Sliced) | 1/2 |
| Olives | 2 tbsp |
| Wholewheat Tortillas or Homemade Chappatis | 3 |
| Dipitt Sriracha Dip | as required |
| Shredded Mozzarella Cheese | 1 cup |

Method:
- In a pan heat the oil and add the sliced chicken along with the peri peri seasoning mix.
- Add Dipitt Jalapeno salsa and add the vegetables at the end. Stir fry and turn off the flame to keep crispy.
- Spread the Dipitt Sriracha dip on a tortilla and add the chicken filling with cheese on both sides.
- Fold the tortilla and toast until crispy and golden. Serve hot with more Dipitt Jalapeno salsa and Dipitt Sriracha Dip.
