Juicy Kebab Platter

| Red Bell Pepper | 1/2 |
| Garlic Cloves | 4 cloves |
| Parsley | Handful |
| Lemon Zest | to taste |
| Lemon Juice | 1 tbsp |
| Dipitt Buffalo Sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Dipitt Chipotle Sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Black Pepper | 1 tbsp |
| Stir-Fried Veggies | |
| Oil | 1 tbsp |
| Crushed Garlic | 1 tbsp |
| Dipitt Tomato Ketchup | 3 tbsp |
| Dipitt Buffalo Hot Sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Water | 2 tbsp |
| Sliced Onion | 1/2 |
| Colourful Bell Pepper Sliced | as required |

Method:
- Chop the onion, bell pepper, garlic cloves and parsley in a food processor. Transfer to a muslin cloth and squeeze to remove all the liquid.
- Mix with all the remaining ingredients & mince. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
- Form kababs in a shape of your liking and fry until golden on both sides. Optionally give coal smoke for smoky taste.
- In a pan fry the crushed garlic in the oil, and add the sauces and water. Cook till the sauce has slightly thickened.
- Add the veggies and stir fry till well coated but crunchy. Now add your fried kababs and mix well. Serve with any rice of your choice.
