Spinach & Herb Marinade

| Coriander | 1 bunch | ||
| Mint | Half bunch | ||
| Lemon juice | 2 tbspns | ||
| Garlic cloves | 3 to 5 | ||
| Cashew nuts | 10 to 12 | ||
| Green chillies | 1 to 2 | ||
| Vinegar | 1 tbspn | ||
| Dipitt Worcestershire (more for flavour) | 2 tbspns | ||
| Cumin powder | 1 tbspn | ||
| Black pepper | 1/2 tspn | ||
| Chilli flakes | 1/2 tspn | ||
| Oregano | 1 tspn | ||
| Salt | 1/2 tspn | ||
| Oil | 2 tbspns | ||
Key Products
Method:
- Blend the yogurt, coriander, mint, lemon juice, garlic cloves, cashew nuts and green chillies in a blender.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the vinegar and Worcestershire cumin powder, black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano, salt and oil.
- Mix everything well then add the chicken.
