Spinach & Herb Marinade

Key Products

Method:

  1. Blend the yogurt, coriander, mint, lemon juice, garlic cloves, cashew nuts and green chillies in a blender.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the vinegar and Worcestershire cumin powder, black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano, salt and oil.
  3. Mix everything well then add the chicken.

Note:

All marinades are for chicken or any other protein weighing 500 to 600 grams.
