Method:

Marinade

  1. In a bowl, mix salt, pepper, red chilli powder, Dipitt White Vinegar, cornflour, and all-purpose flour.
  2. Coat fish strips well in the mixture. Let marinate for 30 minutes.

For Coating and Frying

  1. Take a marinated fish strip and wrap it with thin samosa sheet strips, securing them tightly.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Drain excess oil on a paper.
