Peri Peri Chicken Skewers

| Lemon juice | 1 tbsp |

| Paprika | 1 tsp |
| Dried Oregano | 1/2 tsp |

Method:
Marinade:
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until the chicken is well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best flavour).
For Cooking & Assembly:
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the chicken until completely cooked, turning occasionally.
- Add butter, paprika powder, salt & pepper in a bowl. Mix it well.
- Brush the mixture onto the chicken for a juicy texture.
