Method:
Marinade
- In a bowl, mix the chicken with Dipitt Chipotle Sauce, Dipitt Soy sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oil.
- Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken until tender and slightly charred. Set aside.
Assembly
- Warm the tortilla wrap in a pan.
- Spread the Dipitt Spicy Chipotle mayo in the centre of the wrap.
- Place the lettuce on top.
- Layer with fresh, sliced cucumber and tomatoes.
- Add the cooked chipotle chicken on top.
- Place a cheese slices in the center.
- Drizzle generously with additional Dipitt Spicy Chipotle Mayo.
- Fold the wrap tightly and grill on a pan for 1-2 minutes until slightly crispy.
