Method:

         For Marinade:

  1. In a bowl, mix Dipitt White Vinegar, Dipitt Soy Sauce, Dipitt Chilli Garlic Sauce,  Dipitt Worcestershire Sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Coat chicken fillets well and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best results).

For Coating and Frying:

  1. Dredge marinated chicken fillets in all-purpose flour and cornflour mixture.
  2. Dip into iced water, then coat again with cornflour & all-purpose flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Pour Dipitt Buffalo Sauce onto the fried chicken and toss well.
