Method:

Wings Marinade:

  1. In a bowl, mix hot sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, egg, and milk.
  2. Add chicken wings, mix well, and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best flavour).

Coating & Frying:

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Dredge marinated wings in all-purpose flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Deep fry wings for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove and drain excess oil on a paper towel.

Tossing:

  1. Divide fried wings into four equal portions.
  2. Toss each portion in a different sauce until evenly coated.
