Hot Honey Baked Buffalo Chicken

Butter2 tbsp
Chilli Flakes1/2 tsp
Coriander (chopped)1 tbsp

Method:

For Chicken Marinade:

  1. In a bowl, mix Dipitt Buffalo Hot Sauce, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, red chilli powder, mixed herbs, and oil.
  2. Coat chicken leg pieces thoroughly with the marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best flavour).

To Bake chicken pieces:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Place marinated chicken leg pieces in the baking tray.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway until golden brown and fully cooked.

For Hot Honey Buffalo Sauce:

  1. In a pan, melt butter on low heat.
  2. Add Dipitt Buffalo Sauce, honey, and chilli flakes & coriander. Stir well.
  3. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Remove from heat.
