Hot Honey Baked Buffalo Chicken

| Honey | 2 tbsp | |
| Butter | 2 tbsp | |
| Chilli Flakes | 1/2 tsp | |
| Coriander (chopped) | 1 tbsp | |

Method:
For Chicken Marinade:
- In a bowl, mix Dipitt Buffalo Hot Sauce, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, red chilli powder, mixed herbs, and oil.
- Coat chicken leg pieces thoroughly with the marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best flavour).
To Bake chicken pieces:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place marinated chicken leg pieces in the baking tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway until golden brown and fully cooked.
For Hot Honey Buffalo Sauce:
- In a pan, melt butter on low heat.
- Add Dipitt Buffalo Sauce, honey, and chilli flakes & coriander. Stir well.
- Simmer for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Remove from heat.
